Our Team consists of a collaboration between Helpdeskservices Europe, based in Rotterdam (NL) and Cloud Nine. Based in the Netherlands, Belgium and Prague, we serve the European market. We speak various languages: Dutch, Flemish, English, French, German and Swedish. This means we can always speak to your customer in their own language.

Helpdesk services Europe

HSE is an agency that supports management teams of organizations with online and offline sales optimization. Since 1982 we have continuously been operating on the cutting edge of market research and commercial support.

Based in the centre of Rotterdam, we work with a team of 20 driven employees who ensure that every day is a little better than yesterday!

Cloud Nine

Since Cloud Nine was founded in 2004 in Bruges, Belgium, we have been dedicated to create exceptional customer journeys. We understand how to deliver quality, serve customers and operate efficiently.

That same year we opened our office in Prague and ever since we work from Belgium and Prague for several car brands, car dealers and car importers.

Our team in Prague consists of a diverse group of talented employees, all with experience in Sales, Customer Care and marketing. Due to the diverse composition of the team, the working language is English but other languages are spoken fluently in addition to English. This ensures that customers are always approached in their own language and thus receive a very personal approach.

Over the years, they have gained experience with various car brands. They have also gained a lot of experience in various systems. For example, Salesforce no longer holds any secrets for them!

Kim Stam

I have now been working in the Automotive business for more than 10 years and have lost my heart to this industry from the very first moment. I love cars, the dynamics of the industry and the changes that come with it.

I have worked for different car brands and in basically all departments of the car company. With this experience, not only do I know the needs of customers and how important it is to follow up on leads quickly, but I also understand the working methods and objectives of car companies, how salesagents work and how to communicate with both internal and external customers.

Currently I am working for HSE and together with the team in Prague, I am responsible for following up online leads in the Netherlands for a Luxury Car brand and together we have ensured that the Netherlands is the best in class in Europe in terms of lead follow-up.
